Terms of Use

Last updated: August 16, 2026

1. Scope

These Terms govern access to and use of DCMA.io and the information, research, publications, model materials and other resources made available through the site. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Informational and Research Purpose

DCMA.io describes research, architecture, governance concepts and implementation frameworks associated with the Digital Currency Monetary System, Unicoin Network and Universal Monetary Unit. Site content is provided for institutional, research and informational purposes and does not by itself create a contractual, banking, fiduciary, regulatory or governmental relationship.

3. Institutional References

References to the Bank for International Settlements, Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, International Monetary Fund, World Bank Group, African Union, BRICS, New Development Bank, national governments, central banks, regulators or other institutions are provided to explain relevant policy environments and architectural alignment. Unless expressly stated in an official written announcement, such references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, approval or affiliation.

4. No Financial or Legal Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes investment, banking, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory or other professional advice. Institutional implementation of monetary or financial services requires independent legal, regulatory, prudential, technical and risk review in each applicable jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

DCMA names, marks, logos, architecture descriptions, publications, research, software concepts and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to view and use publicly available site content for lawful informational purposes.

6. Publications and Model Materials

Whitepapers, model laws and governance documents may describe proposed frameworks, implementation models or research conclusions. A model law is not enacted law and does not become legally effective in a jurisdiction unless adopted through that jurisdiction’s lawful processes.

The site may link to third-party institutional sources. DCMA does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

8. Availability and Accuracy

DCMA may update, correct, replace or withdraw content without notice. While the site is intended to present accurate institutional and technical information, no warranty is made that all content is complete, current or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DCMA disclaims liability arising from reliance on site content, unavailable services, third-party links, or use of research and model materials without independent professional review.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
